Khalaktyrsky beach is the Pacific coast with a coastal strip about 30 km long. Black volcanic sand, huge waves, sea breeze, rocks and thickets of creeping pines — all this attracts tourists and makes locals come back again and again.
Meeting of participants
We meet at the appointed place with the rest of the group, check the gear and take the journey. For an additional fee we can arrange transfer from the hotel, ask for details when booking the tour.
Transfer to the ocean and back by specially prepared off-road vehicles.The road from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to the coast takes short time — less than an hour.
Arriving to Khalaktyrsky beach
Enjoy having rest on the shore: listen to the sound of surf, watch thundering waves, walk on black volcanic sand. The water in the ocean is very cold and only few people run risks to swim in it. But to soak feet in the waves is required: it’s not an everyday thing to stand at "the edge of the earth".

After a walk on the ocean appetite is whetted with a triple force.
