3-hour unhurried horse ride is a great way to relax and take a break from city fuss. You’ll ride across tundra, overcome the channel of a dry river, walk in the Dead Forest and get into the thicket of poplar and dog-rose. Lunch on the bank of the Avacha river will complete the day.
This tour is perfect for beginners in horse riding: the route is easy, and experienced instructors will give you all the instructions and teach you the nuts and bolts of horse riding.

Arrival at horse-riding base
Briefing, start of excursion
First we meet horses, undergo briefing and set off to the route. We ride across tundra, overpass the channel of a dry river and go out to the Dead Forest. After taking pictures of scenic desolate landscapes we ride to a beautiful relic forest with thicket of dog-rose and fragrant poplars which are several hundred years old.

Lunch
Returning to the base
We cross the Ice-Cold Canal and the Rattling Canal and encamp on the bank of the Avacha river for lunch. After having rest we return to the base via the Tree of Wishes. Be on the lookout during the tour: you can see a fox, a rabbit or a wood-grouse. If it’s a flowering season you can admire the blooming of bird cherry tree and elder.
